I am a cognitive psychologist. I am interested in higher-order cognitive processes surrounding memory, such as metacognitive predictions and judgments of subjective experience and confidence; and cognitive aging and associated issues.

In October 2013 I took up a Lecturer position in the School of Psychology at Keele University.

From 2012 to 2013 I was a Commonwealth Postdoctoral Fellow (funded by a grant from the Canadian Department of Foregin Affairs and International Trade [DFAIT]) with Steve Lindsay and Mike Masson in the Department of Psychology at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada.

From 2010 to 2012 I worked as a Postdoctoral Research and Teaching Fellow with Jane Berry in the Department of Psychology at the University of Richmond in Virginia, USA.

I completed my BSc, MSc, and PhD in psychology at the University of Leeds, UK. My PhD research was supervised by Chris Moulin and Martin Conway.
